What we are all about

Well we had to name it something?   Call it a club, but actually there are no fee’s or dues, no official meetings, it’s just a small group of Italian and American Motocross riders going riding on the local area tracks.  Vicenza area alone has more than 6 tracks, all within an hour's drive from the base.  How did the website develop?  Since I knew how to manage and design websites I was elected as webmaster.  I am a computer nut so after I got us some free webspace off the www, I  put the clubs site on I started to help area tracks, and riders by placing their track on the site. Owner’s of these places get taxed for even placing a sign up, so hardly any of them have sign’s to advertise like we are use to in the states.

    Soldiers may want to continue to ride because that’s what they did before they came into the military and they want to continue riding or also provide the opportunity for their kids and it is in fact all here for the taking. I personally have been into motocross since I was 12 years old, so I have both those reasons. My oldest son is 5 and already started and my 3 year old son will start this spring.

    When soldiers see my Van with the bike in back, they get excited and say “ wow, I did not realize there’re were tracks over here.”  Or say, “I use to ride before I came in and I ended up selling my bike, I had no idea”.  We use the site, www.cemxc.250x.com , to try to get information out on where to ride in Italy for those who want to take advantage of the area tracks and continue or get into the sport. We are trying to show American’s and even Italian’s that the opportunity is here for the taking.

.   So we are really just American's and Italian's who share the same passion;
